Job Description:

Talent Acquisition:

  1. Partner with functional heads to understand the manpower  requirements.
  2. Preparing Job description and Job Specification in consultation with concerned HOD
  3. Pre-Screening resumes Interview and assess candidates, conducting interviews with the line managers
  4. Salary negotiation and offer roll outs. 
  5. Induction and orientation of new employees.
  6. Supervising joining formalities as forms filling, document submission, creation of mail-ids, bank account opening etc.

Compensation & Benefits

  1. Calculating attendance, variable pay, incentives and timely generation of Monthly Salary/Wages
  2. Monitoring the leave attendance system
  3. Proper administration of Payroll and other related benefits

Employee Relation

  1. Plan and conduct employee engagement activities as per budget allotted. 
  2. Keeping track of employee’s activities in terms of confirmation, promotion, annual appraisal, transfer and their separation.
  3. Respond to employee and management queries on HR policy related issue provide guidance, support & counseling to employees.

Performance management:

  1. Assist the team in PMS, setting and reviewing KRAs and KPIs, Conducting appraisal Cascade & educate employees to ensure compliance with the PMS process. 
  2. Roll Out of Incentive/Promotion  Letters to all employees
  3. Succession planning analysis

Training & Development

  1. Identify Training need through performance appraisal
  2. Develop training calendar
  3. Conduct trainings
  4. Conducting internal training for succession plan

HR Compliance

  1. Comply with all HR requirements including ISO

Grievance Management

  1. Handling employee issues regarding work environment, performance management and harassment.

Employee Admin & Discipline Mgmt.

  1. Handling day to day HR operational activities
  2. Check on the discipline related issues
  3. Implementation and Updation of ESR
