1. Coordinate Recruitment
- Plan and coordinate recruitment, prepare job announcement and advertisements, notify applicants on status of interview etc
- Coordination/Follow-up with designer and marketing team for the publication of vacancy on the right day and location
2. Talent Acquisition
- Recruits, interviews and selects employees to fill vacant positions
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Responsible for the critical positions and Talent Acquisition of Nepal Operation- Manufacturing Divisions
3. Induction/ Orientation
- Customer follow-ups on joining date
- Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude towards company goals
- Preparing job description and sometimes delivering training - including inductions for new staff
4. Correspondence and Communication
- Preparing critical position LOA and LOI for the candidates
- Create written and verbal communication with the potential employees
- Reference check of the candidates and keep a record of it
- min Bachelor Degree required.
- Good at communication.
- Good at Coordination.
- Basic computer knowledge.
