Job Description:

1.      Coordinate Recruitment

  • Plan and coordinate recruitment, prepare job announcement and advertisements, notify applicants on status of interview etc
  • Coordination/Follow-up with designer and marketing team for the publication of vacancy on the right day and location

2.      Talent Acquisition

  • Recruits, interviews and selects employees to fill vacant positions
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Responsible for the critical positions and Talent Acquisition of Nepal Operation- Manufacturing Divisions

3.      Induction/ Orientation

  • Customer follow-ups on joining date
  • Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude towards company goals
  • Preparing job description and sometimes delivering training - including inductions for new staff

4.      Correspondence and Communication

  • Preparing critical position LOA and LOI for the candidates
  • Create written and verbal communication with the potential employees
  • Reference check of the candidates and keep a record of it
Job Specifications:
  • MBA/MBS (Human Resource)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar capacity
