Assist in the recruitment of staff, including the placement of advertisements, contacting candidates, coordination of interviews, reference checking, etc. as well as selection procedure
Organize staff induction programs
Scheduling job interviews and assisting in the interview process
Maintaining current HR files and databases
Submit regular reports on Human Resources issues, initiatives, and activities;
Carry out necessary filing and documentation
Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records
Assist in coordinating meetings, manage communication boards and other forums
Any other task as assigned by the supervisor
Job Specification
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related degree.
Excellent interpersonal skills with attention to details
Good organizing and planning skills
Enthusiastic and a desire to make a positive impact as a team leader and team player
Effective oral and written communication skills in both English and Nepali
Knowledge of human resource practices
