Job Description

  1. Recruitment and Selection
    1. Managing CV pools of possible candidates
    2. Shortlisting candidates
    3. Conducting interviews of the shortlisted candidates
    4. Recruitment of required staff within given time period in co-ordination with the concerned supervisor
  2. Induction and Orientation
    1. Preparation of induction plan for different department recruits in co- ordination with the concerned HODs
    2. Facility visit and introduction of all department heads
  3. Payroll Administration
    1. Ensuring the deposits provident funds of staffs each month in the bank and do necessary follow up
    2. Prepare monthly salary and deposit in concerned bank account
    3. Keep proper file of salary sheet every month
    4. Study Tax system of Nepal and workout according to its provision
    5. Provide monthly payroll report to the Manager covering all workforce

 

  1. Performance Appraisal
    1. Conducting the performance appraisal on periodical basis
    2. Collecting appraisal from concerned HODs and preparing a report on it
    3. Preparation of letters accordingly.

Job Specification

  1. Minimum qualification of bachelor’s degree in management, Master’s degree will be given preference
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in HR department
  3. Excellent communication skills in both English and Nepali
  4. Should be proactive, efficient and a team player and should be able to give attention to details
  5. Should be able to handle more than one project with equal efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Should be able to work with Microsoft Office Packages
