i. Planning and Coordinating administrative procedures and systems
ii. recruiting and training subordinate
iii. assesing staff performance and guiding them to ensure job completion
iv. manage schedules and deadlines
v. monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget performance
vi. report performance and other operational activities to the directors of the company.
i. minimum 5 years of job experience in any managerial role
ii. have experience heading a management team
iii. bachelors degree in management or any equivalent degree in similar field
iv. has developed skill in using the ongoing technologies
