- Position Is In charge of hotel's assets, operating equipments and supplies specifically to Food & Beverage Department
- Candidate will report to the F&B Director and Executive Chef
- Knowledge of statutory requirements regarding health and safety, sanitation, proper chemical usage, fire procedures, pest control and HACCP
- In conjunction with the Executive Chef and F&B Director, check all back of house F&B areas and ensure their cleanliness and functionality of linen/equipment/operating & cleaning supplies
- In charge of breakage controls, waste management and inventory
- Assign work for efficient use of equipment as per events and operations
- Ability to establish and maintain an effective working with relationship with management, staff and guests
