- Producing ad hoc documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
- Typing and preparing all required documentation for meetings.
- Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management.
- Managing and maintaining electronic and manual filing.
- Preparing letters of correspondence on behalf of management.
- Compiling organizational charts as required for CEO’s review and approval.
- Taking and compiling meeting minutes or dictation and circulate to all concerned.
- Downloading reports from different software as required or as instructed by CEO.
- Compiling and managing data from multiple sources into consolidated spreadsheets and presentations for reporting purposes
- Providing general assistance during presentations
- Handling incoming calls and queries to MD’s office
- Liaising with staff, clients, and suppliers.
- Setting up routines for follow up on submission of information from all Division.
- Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the CEO.
