JOB REQUIREMENTS
Deputy Head Business Process Reengineering (Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager) This position is responsible to assist Head Business Process Reengineering to analyze business process and workflows with the objective of finding out how they can be improved or automated. The candidate must have an ability to see the big picture, understand related objectives and be able to apply their understanding of how processes should work with a view to make all the business processes more simple, scientific, efficient, and effective.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Preferably Master's Degree but not less than Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• At least 10 years of banking experience with proven experience in related field.
