Job Description

• Creating and/or managing a database of existing and potential customers by conducting research, polls and surveys etc.
• Promoting product/service by highlighting its best features
• Reminding people to pay for purchases when necessary
• Following-up calls with further calls when necessary
• Provide information about products and services
• Other duties as required

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English).
• A good listener and excellent communicator.
• Confident, ability to be positive in the face of numerous rejections.
• Sound keyboard skills are some of the other prerequisites of a tele-marketing job.
• A good knowledge of Internet.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to excellence.
