Job Description:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To handle overall customer support operation
  • To generate, prepare and verify report and forward it to customer service in-charge
  • To manage daily roster and maintain occupancy plan
  • Coordinate with different departments to provide proper solution to customer

Required Competencies:

  • BBA/BBS or equivalent with minimum 2 years of experience in supervisory position preferably  in a call center
  • Leadership abilities with positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
  • Should be flexible to work in any shifts.
  • Proficient in MS Office package
