Duties and Responsibilities:
- To handle overall customer support operation
- To generate, prepare and verify report and forward it to customer service in-charge
- To manage daily roster and maintain occupancy plan
- Coordinate with different departments to provide proper solution to customer
- BBA/BBS or equivalent with minimum 2 years of experience in supervisory position preferably in a call center
- Leadership abilities with positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Should be flexible to work in any shifts.
- Proficient in MS Office package
