Job Description:

1.      Conduct detailed market research of the industry to identify prospects for new markets and businesses.

2.      Generate corporate sales leads for the company

3.      Develop appropriate sales policies and strategies and implement the same

4.      Prepare and maintain monthly sales report, sales in progress and submit same to the management.

5.      Meet and exceed sales quota as set by Director(s).

6.      Ensure full payment from business clients, maintain accounts reports and submit the same to the management.

7.      Guide sales executives in preparing customized sales proposals catering unique needs of business clients and make convincing presentations on the same.

8.      Maintain sound relationship with existing business clients by ensuring timely service, conducting regular follow-ups and promoting Company’s other products.

9.      Perform cold call in order to increase corporate clientele by increasing interest in the Company’s products, generating new business leads and arranging meetings.

10.  Coordinate with sales team and customer service team to increase sales target and to increase satisfaction rate.


Job Specifications:
  • At least Bachelors degree with specialization in Marketing or in any related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in corporate sales preferably in electronic goods (or cars, media advertisements, etc.)
  • Sound knowledge of company products
  • Fluent in both Nepali and English
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office, email and internet
  • Good communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Should have leadership skills

  • Highly persistent and hardworking
