Perform an overall quality check for all product related content prior to its activation
Activation/general format of brands
Ensure content uploads are done in a timely manner and as per the content guidelines
Oversee the tasks performed by the Photographers and editors and ensure that established image content guidelines are met
Highlight and escalate issues in the established procedures to the product team and ensure requisite changes are applied
Liaise with the Vendor Managers/vendor support/customer support teams to resolve issues and ensure inter-departmental coordination
Resolve sync issues and propose alternatives for problem resolution
Ensure restricted and unauthorized products are disabled
Create/update categories
Post quality check of live products
Job Specification
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Bachelor’s degree/ Master’s Degree in business, engineering, computer science with minimum 2-year work experience in a reputed company
Must be very detail-oriented, comprehensive and a good reading skill
Critical-thinking: Must be able to use logic and reasoning to identify if products are appropriate for Daraz standards.
Proficiency in excel and data management
IT knowledge is preferred
Basic understanding of knowledge of how content is structured and content guidelines.
Communication and time management skills
