Job Description

Nepal Agricultural Market Development Programme (NAMDP) is a bilateral initiative between the Government of Switzerland and the Ministry of Agriculture, Government of Nepal. The project is being implemented jointly by Swisscontact/ Swiss Foundation for Technical Cooperation and Center for Environmental and Agricultural Policy Research, Extension and Development (CEAPRED). We invite applications from committed and experienced Nepali citizens for the following positions:

 

Position: Communication Officer - 1

Duty Station: NAMDP PSU Office, Kupondole, Lalitpur Reports to: Team Leader

Purpose: The Communication Officer is responsible for implementing the communication activities of NAMDP. The post holder will contribute to the development and implementation of the communication strategy to ensure that NAMDP has a robust internal, external and sector communication system in place.

Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in communication or a related field with at least 3 years work experience in communication in the development sector.
