Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
The CFO acts as part of management team to determine financial objectives, develops annual budget, develops financial reports, analyzes and reports variances, develops/monitors internal control mechanisms, ensure proper procurement activities, organizes and maintains financial accounting system, manages bank’s taxation matters, and oversees treasury management. 

Ideal profile: This is a managerial position, and accordingly the incumbent is expected to be-

  • FCA/FCCA or MBA with Finance major from reputed university
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Commercial Bank in Managerial Level (may be relaxed to deserving candidate).
  • Treasury management background is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent entrepreneurial, leadership, communication skills,
  • Possesses Self-confidence and decisiveness
