Job Description:

1.       To achieve top line target with proper planning as per the potential of the territory and ensuring healthy growth over L/Y.

2.       Planning and ensuring the targeted distribution expansion to increase the sales

3.       Planning and recommending product and product line extension.

4.       To plan and execute effective marketing tools as per the strategy to increase the market share of the company.

5.       To plan effective trade promotional expenses.

6.       Managing redistribution cost within the budget and ensuring timely submission of monthly claims and other related reports.

7.       Controlling the cost of damage to optimize the cost of operation bringing it within the budget of CG.

8.       Timely revising the collection plan as per the market dynamics and company strategy.

9.       Proper coordination with the concern brand manager and fully motivate the team under the position.

10.   Ensuring proper utilisation of promotional items and also ensuring that operation is smooth and inter and intra department coordination is effective.
