Admin Assistant / Receptionist
Skills and Knowledge:
- Basic MS Office knowledge
- Basic social media knowledge
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Ability to work independently and take initiative as and when required
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming calls and handle visitors
- Supervise support staff, drivers, and janitors
- Manage office inventory
- Assist Finance Officer with daily activities as and when required
- Manage petty cash
- Keep record, and track movements and whereabouts, of personnel
