We are seeking a Admin and Finance Assistant (AFA), initially for a short-term role for the company management. AFA will responsible to perform admin and financial management related task of the company.
- Keep financial records of the company in electronic system.
- Handle the office reception and related tasks.
- Assist Program Manager in the management of the procurement of goods and services from service providers and managing grant agreements.
- Maintaining filling system, mailing, data entry, inventory lists, etc. of the company.
- Carry out additional support as requested by the staffs
