Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Installing, maintaining and upgrading software and hardware to ensure optimal workstation experience.
2. Manage GPS hardware device installations.
3. Provide technical support on-site, via phone, or by use of a remote tool.
4. Recommend changes in software and hardware to improve computer capabilities.
