Machhapuchchhre Kriti Capital Ltd. (MKCL), a subsidiary of Machhapuchchhre Bank Limited, is one of the leading merchant banks of the country. MKCL is looking for a dynamic, highly motivated and result oriented Nepalese Citizens for the following position:

 

In-Charge Human Resource & Administration: (Senior Officer/Assistant Manager Level) - One

 

Required Qualification:

• Master's degree in Economics / Business Administration / Business Studies / Management /Human Resource/ Psychology or related field from recognized University with minimum 4 years' experience in human resources department in banking/capital market companies and/or banking and/or other related field. Age not exceeding 40 years as on deadline of application.

Common Requirements:

• Should be familiar with laws and regulations of Securities Board of Nepal, Income Tax and other relevant regulations.
• Strong written & oral communication skills both in English & Nepali, excellent interpersonal & technical skills with the ability to maintain relationships at all levels.
• High standards of professional & ethical conduct demonstrated.
• Highly motivated, committed and responsible with a demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities and requests.
