Job Description

1.Training management

• Conduct pre-employment training for employees, covering the company's corporate culture, company system processes, company structure, and onboarding guidance;
• Follow up on the on-the-job training of employees and formulate monthly analysis reports;
• Classification management of training materials;
• Analysis of the lack of qualifications for employee positions, optimization of training plans, and approval for implementation.

2. Employee development management

• Familiar with the functions and status quo in each department, optimize the promotion standards for employees, and assist employees in the development of career development plans;
• Pay attention to the development status and needs of employees, and analyze the frequency of employee promotion;
• Formulate a summary analysis report on the implementation of the employee development plan and propose improvement measures.

3. Comprehensive part

• Automated office training and employee development application to improve daily management efficiency;
• Implement a management model of position;
• Issued daily routine statements;
• Learning and execution of rotation work;
• Assists in building enterprise system culture. 

Job Specification

• Bachelor degree or above in human resources, management or related majors;
• Familiar with the operational procedures of human resource management practices, and have a deep understanding of the industry, companies and different types of positions;
• Understand the training management mechanism of the country, region and enterprise, and the employee development mechanism;
• Have strong communication, coordination and promotion skills, and have a global mindset;
• High professionalism and positive and optimistic work attitude;
• Proficiency in the use of human resources related office software.
