Classification management of training materials;
Analysis of the lack of qualifications for employee positions, optimization of training plans, and approval for implementation.

Familiar with the functions and status quo in each department, optimize the promotion standards for employees, and assist employees in the development of career development plans;

Bachelor degree or above in human resources, management or related majors;

Have strong communication, coordination and promotion skills, and have a global mindset;
High professionalism and positive and optimistic work attitude;
