Job Description
Premier Steel, a new venture of an industry-leading group engaged in manufacturing steel, cement, GI and cable/conductors, looking out for motivated, competent and self-dynamic candidates. The daily production capacity of this new venture is 800 MT TMT bar and requires the following candidates for its head office in Biratnagar and corporate office in Kathmandu.
Responsibilities:
Implementing effective HR policies to ensure all practices in behavior
Monitoring factory staffs and labor-management effectively

Qualification:
Must have completed Bachelor of Humanities or equivalent degree
Minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar field
Good knowledge of HR principle along with rules and regulations of the government
