Handling the recruitment and selection process of vacant positions in the company
- Carrying out routing tasks related to human resources and administration such as payroll handling, employee grievance handling, ID card and visiting card printing, etc.
- Handling performance management of the staff
- Carrying out Provident Fund related tasks
- Carring out Reward and Recognition program
- Suggesting the management on things that can be done to improve the HR system of the company
Masters degree with specialization in Human Resources
- Preferably some HR experience in manifacturing and trading company
- Good knowledge of HR systems
- Fluency in both English and Nepali
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office package
- Good communication skills
- Good quantitative skills
