HR Officer Senior Level

Job Description

• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Handle all phases of recruitment and selection process

• Oversee the employee onboarding
• Assist in new policy development and ensure proper implementation
• Ensure proper departmental documentation
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Contribute to the team effort for better departmental performance
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Job Specification

• Minimum 1-3 years of demonstrable experience in the Human Resources domain  

• People-oriented and results-driven
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
• In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
