Job Description

  • Actively involve in developing HR strategies, systems and procedures aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Support HR Head in planning, managing and following up company headcount plan and budgets on the basis of business needs in cooperation with all department heads
  • Ensuring all HR administration practices are complete and in-keeping with legal compliance, Company Policies and Procedures
  • Designing, updating and implementing relevant HR Policies starting from HR Plan, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Compensation, Benefits & Rewards, Career Development and Separation/Retirement on the basis of the local employment benchmark and legal compliances
  • Manage and follow up Performance Management Processes, Reward Strategy, Organizational and Individual Development Plan, Talent Management and Succession Plan processes.
  • To ensure Performance culture in the organization, whereby increments, promotions and incentives are directly linked to the individual performance.
  • Define the roles and responsibilities of direct reports and monitor their performance on a regular basis.
  • Assess Training needs and develop training programs as defined in TNA. Obtain budget approval for annual training programs.
  • Act as a first point of contact for business managers in all employee/employment related matters. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing grievances, feedback or other issues.
  • Support current and future business needs through the employee development, engagement and motivation.
  • Manage a professional interviewing, recruiting, and hiring process. Ensure the successful integration of new employees in the company
  • Maintain the work structure of all employees by setting KPIs/Targets and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and workplace investigations.
  • Perform other duties to ensure the overall success of the company.

Job Specification

Required Skills/ Abilities:  

  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Thorough knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.

Education and Experience:

  • A minimum of ten (10) years of human resource management experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management.
  • MBA degree will be an added advantage.
