Job Description
- Able to handle all the responsibilities for a development team and office requirements
- Maintain and implement the HR policies into action
- Manage proper working environment and enhance employee motivation
- Regulate and maintain work ethics in the workplace
- Maintain and update personal information of all staffs
- Maintains legal files of the company (i.e brand registration, company registration, licence and approval letters etc.)
- Conduct performance appraisals, training and development programs

- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs
- Should be an initiator
- Excellent verbal & written communication skill
- Ability to form working relationships with people at all levels
- Coordinate with HR Manager for HR activities
- Bachelor degree in management
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in related field
