Head of Marketing: (Manager/ Senior Manager/AGM Level)

Job Description :

  • Build and lead Marketing Department of the Bank with an emphasis on crafting overall strategies of all marketing teams including Digital, Advertising, Communications and innovative prospects of the Bank.
  • Formulate corporate branding strategies and policies of the Bank.
  • Market Research for Customer Need related with Banking Services
  • Product development
  • Get hands-on and help enrich Bank’s product positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies for both new and existing products of the Bank by understanding competitive drivers, market trends, and the needs of the Bank’s customers.
  • Provide service leadership related to Marketing and Communications of the Bank. Build future marketing team and also promising roadmap to success.
  • Work in close coordination with sales team of the Bank and provide them constructive guidance and feedback for ensuring target accomplishments.
  • Drive higher sales conversion rates through sales enablement programs including the development of training materials and sales/marketing collateral to support Bank’s growth efforts
  • Create lead for the sales team and assure that leads created are properly undertaken by the sales team and duly achieved within projected time frame. Provide effective marketing and promotional guidance and regular training and orientation to sales team of the Bank.
  • Provide valuable information to senior management in respect to marketing dynamics, emerging trends in digital marketing along with recommendations for implementation of pertinent marketing strategies for overall marketing efficiency enhancement of the Bank.
  • Design branding, brand positioning and pricing strategies of the bank 
  • Design, develop and manage promotional materials
  • Create content and search engine optimization
  • Ensure Bank’s brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
  • Develop, implement and manage marketing campaigns that promote Bank’s products and service by enhancing brand awareness through digital platform.
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing initiatives, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Identify and evaluate new digital technologies and use web analytics tools to measure site traffic to better optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media and display and search advertising.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess them against goals 
  • Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas
  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
  • Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans particularly sales and marketing Human Resources of the Bank
  • Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
  • Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
  • Produce internal communications
  • Serving as media liaison
  • Overseeing outside vendors and agencies related with Marketing and Sales
  • Matching products to customer need
  • Prepare and manage marketing budget
  • Help improve sales process and customer experience
  • Ensure that high-quality services are delivered effectively, efficiently and consistently, whether it is direct or indirect communications.
  • Make sure that the businesses marketing communications promote the right message to maintain a good brand image of the Bank. 

 

Minimum Qualification/Requirement:

For AGM level: Minimum Master's Degree in the field of Business/ Management along with exposure of Digital Marketing with at least 7 years of relevant marketing experience with 2 years' experience in Senior Manager Level in A class Financial Institution or 5 years' experience as Head of Marketing of International Agencies/Companies and age not exceeding 50 years as on application deadline.

For Senior Manager Level: Minimum Master's Degree in the field of Business/ Management along with exposure of Digital Marketing with at least 5 years of relevant marketing experience with 2 years' experience in Manager Level in A class Financial Institution or 4 years' experience as Head of Marketing of International Agencies/Companies and age not exceeding 45 years as on application deadline.

For Manager level: Minimum Master's Degree in the field of Business/ Management along with exposure of Digital Marketing with at least 5 years of relevant marketing experience with 2 years' experience in Deputy Manager Level in A class Financial Institution or 3 years' experience as Head of Marketing of International Agencies/Companies and age not exceeding 45 years as on application deadline
