Min. 5 years or more experience after Masters in academic administration and teaching.
Strong in academic planning, administration and learning.
Strong in curriculum and teaching/learning methods.
High self-motivation, detailed-minded and goal-oriented.
Key Roles:
Design/develop detailed semester plan (goal, activities).
Implement/evaluate semester goal and activities.
Academic administration.
Supervise/appraise Dept team and faculty members.
Strengthen teaching/learning methods and resources.
Liaison and coordination with University.
Planning, documentation and reporting.
