To function as the Executive Chef for the Food and Beverage Department.
Job Specification
Engage, direct and control food preparation process and any other relative activities
Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standard
Approve and polish dishes before they reach the customer
Arrange for repairs when needed and remedy any problems or defects
Full responsibility of managing and training staff
Oversee the work of subordinates
Inventory management & placing orders for raw materials on a daily basis
Proven ability of kitchen management & leadership
Maintenance of cleanliness of the kitchen and health and safety of staff
A degree in culinary science ( not necessary )
Good communication skills
