Job Description

To function as the Executive Chef for the Food and Beverage Department.

Job Specification

  • Engage, direct and control food preparation process and any other relative activities 
  • Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standard
  • Approve and polish dishes before they reach the customer 
  • Arrange for repairs when needed and remedy any problems or defects 
  • Full responsibility of managing and training staff 
  • Oversee the work of subordinates 
  • Inventory management & placing orders for raw materials on a daily basis 
  • Proven ability of kitchen management & leadership 
  • Maintenance of cleanliness of the kitchen and health and safety of staff 
  • A degree in culinary science ( not necessary ) 
  • Good communication skills
