· Prepare yearly targets and objectives and lead internal team to the achievement of targets and other objectives set by the company
· Lead the heads of departments for marketing, sales, purchase, service and business development
· Ensure all the departments are functioning optimally and solve problems where any department is falling short. Smooth functioning of all department will be candidate’s responsibility
· Prepare and analyze all company data to enhance sales and company value
· Co-ordinate with suppliers and ensure on time product delivery and availability and also ensure inventory is available as per yearly plan
· Interact with dealers and end customers and ensure their highest level of satisfaction
· Overall lead the company to meet its near-term and long-term objectives
· Job will be performance based and candidate must display suitable performance
· Any additional responsibilities required by the job
· MBA from reputed institution (preferably from abroad)
· At least 5 years experience in managing various departments in company. Higher experience and demonstrated leadership is preferred
· Suitable experiences that demonstrated candidate has lead an organization or teams within organizations that will demonstrate they can fulfill the job requirements
· Should be confident with influential personality and possess strong decision-making skills
