Keeping the front desk and its surrounding neat, tidy and everything there in upright and well-working condition.
Should be alert as a security of the building and informed to the concerned person and department on security threats you feel.
Only access the alleviator to the concerned and authorized persons.
Always be alert for visitors search and access control.
Other task as per the required.
Responsible for attending first response to every visitor of the office.
Responsible for control the alleviator access. Accountable for loss and damage of unauthorized persons.
Responsible for keeping complete information of the visitors.
Responsible for appropriate communication and complete delivery of information required by visitors and callers. Accountable for the losses to the company and claimed by its stakeholders due to communication of false information.
Responsible for neatness and orderly arrangement of front desk area and avoidance of mess.
