Job Description

Duties:

  • Handle social media queries, phone call, take and relay messages.
  • Answer inquiries about company.
  • Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings and conference rooms as required
  • Ensure reception area is tidy.
  • Hand visitors badges and direct them to where they can sign in.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by your supervisor

Skills & Qualification Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Proficient in English (oral and written)
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Fresher's also can apply.

OFFICE TIME

  • Full time : 9:30 TO 5:30 (8 HOURS)
  • Should be willing to work in flexible hours as per the work demand.
  • Inclusive of Lunch Break of 45 minutes

Employment Duration

  • 2 months’ probation period
  • 1 year’s contract from the date of appointment.
