Education Counselor

Job Description

• Providing overseas education counselling services to students
• Answering students/parents queries face-to-face, over phones, skype, viber and integrated chat window on our website.
• Cold call and regular follow-up with potential students to generate leads
• Making teaching plans for the IELTS Program
• Preparing and setting mock tests, examination papers and exercises
• Basic administration, such as keeping student’s records
• Strong interest in counselling and ability to motivate students to pursue their career

• Exceptional customer service, self-motivated and pro-active
• Excellent convincing power
• Results-focussed and be able to work under pressure to achieve results
• Excellent research, presentation 
• Excellent communication skills with both staff and students
• Flexibility with over working hours and other tasks as and when required
