Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results
Set targets, performance plans, and objective standards for sales representatives.
Deliver deep performance reviews for each individual
Coach individual sales representatives one-on-one through phone work and prospecting help sessions to help them improve sales performance.
Participate in spontaneous sales call rides and planned field days.
Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
Plan and implement training programs.
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas
Excellent leadership skills
Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices
Preference given to candidates from similar Industry or FMCG experience
