Data Entry Operator

Job Description

• Responsible for maintaining accurate, up-to-date and useable information in our systems
• Collecting & entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information
• Collecting data from various sources like Distributor, Company Representative, social media, Daily visitor, Referral.
• Input  data in the networking system
• Follow up - making phone calls, sending emails and texts
• Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents

Job Specification

• Should be fluent in English
• Proficient in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools.
• Web Designing basic HTML, CSS, and design principles.
• Should have knowledge and skills of working in the computer, data management entry.
• Fast learner and fully dedicated to project
• Excellent data entry skills ( For both Accuracy and Speed)
• Ability to alternate and quality check of entered record
• Corrected an error data
• Must have data entry skills, like fast typing.
