Job Title: Customer Service Intern (2)
Location: Ekantakuna, Lalitpur, Nepal
Terms: Only on Saturdays
Work hours: 7:00 am to 2:30 pm or 1:30 pm - 9:00 pm
Salary: Competitive
Education requirement: Bachelors completed or Final year students
Responsibilities:
● Assist in handling the operations of the clinic
● Distribute and collect feedback form from the patients
● Communicate the feedback to the senior management
● Greeting the patients and answering calls
● Assist the patients and their families with any queries
● Suggest improvement plans for the clinic
● Fulfill the tasks set up by the supervisors
● Assist in any related tasks given by the senior manager
Candidate requirement:
● Prior experience is not needed
● Bachelor's degree in business management or final year students
● Ability to multitask and time management
● Well versed in both English and Nepalese communication
● Inquisitive and eager to learn beyond the the given responsibilities
● Assist in any related tasks given by the senior manager
