Job Description

Communication/M & E Officer – 2

Based in CDP Regional Offices (Nepalgunj and Biratnagar) with frequent visits to the respective programme areas.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure quality monitoring of the programme and timely delivery of inputs
  • Track the progress of the activities ensuring and enhancing internal control
  • Ensure timely reporting to PMU at Kathmandu
  • Documentation and report writing for knowledge management.
  • Undertake any other responsibilities that may be required to achieve the objectives of the programme.

Core Competencies, Qualifications & Experiences:

Minimum Bachelors Degree (Masters preferred) in related discipline with at least 5 years of relevant work experiences communication, monitoring, evaluation, knowledge management Officer or higher position in l/NGO, Government, UN agencies. Excellent English Language competencies, interpersonal communication, presentation, documentation, report writing and knowledge management skills and ability to manage people and building team efforts.
