Best Finance Company Ltd., then General Finance Ltd., has been operating as "C" Category National Level Financial Institutions since 2052 BS.
The Institution was in the problematic status since 2070 to 2073 BS due to negative capital adequacy ratio, poor internal control system, lack of good corporate governance and other various laxities.
A few Non Resident Nepalese, local businessmen and professionals, in between, entered into the Institution by procuring the shares of existing promoters, injected fresh capital and converted negative capital adequacy ratio into positive. They also formulated a timeline plan and submitted to Nepal Rastra Bank to improve on the laxities remarked by them. Accordingly, NRB removed the problematic status in 2073 Poush and now the Institution has been moving ahead smoothly and progressively.
The Institution has executed Memorandum of Understanding with Synergy Finance for acquiring it and NRB has already provided Letter of Intent. By completing all the process, the Institutions have submitted the letter to NRB for final approval and expect to commence joint operations by the end of Jestha 2075.
The Institution therefore invites applications from highly dynamic and performance oriented candidates to lead the Institution in the capacity of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The CEO shall be responsible for smooth operations of the Institution with reasonable business/balance sheet/profitability growth and shall be accountable to the Board of Directors of the Institution.
