Job Description

A guest house scheduled to open soon at Ilam, caters to our distinguished local and international guests. We are looking for highly motivated, self-driven and result oriented personnel for the positions listed.

Chef

  • Ideally with a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management
  • Minimum 2 years work experience as a Chef
  • Expertise in local and international cuisine
  • Interest in supervising overall management of the guest house

Job Description

  • Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
  • Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
  • Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs
  • Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
  • Supervise overall management of the hotel if required
