Job Description
Abt Associates, a major American research, technical assistance, and international development company, seeks highly qualified technical and regional specialists for the anticipated USAID-funded Strengthening Tenure and Resource Rights (STARR II) IDIQ program. The program will focus on securing resource rights and improving resource governance in rural and urban areas in key countries and regions.
Minimum qualifications
University degree in the environmental sciences or a related field;
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English;
