• Should have minimum 1 year BPO/Call center experience.
• Should have excellent verbal & written English
• Handling Inbound Customer Service calls effectively. 
• Understand and resolve customer concerns & Provide service related information & solutions.
• Must have excellent communications & customer service skills.
• Answer calls professionally and provide best customer service.
• Should be willing to work in Rotational/Night Shift.
