The business Development Trainee Associate will be responsible to increase sales for the company
Visit existing dealers inside and outside Kathmandu and motivate them
Act as bridge between dealers and management
Assist the management in designing dealership and marketing policies

Traineeship Period
The trainee shall be mentored for three months and based on the performance, may be offered a permanent position or extended traineeship. This is an excellent entry level opportunity for those who are looking to start their career.

Holder of two wheelers’ license is preferred but is not a mandatory criteria
Tech savvy (must be well versed in using computers, tech devices and basic software).
Strong communication skills and IT fluency

Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
Comfortable using a computer for various tasks
Great negotiation skills
