Business Development and Access to Finance Lead (Kathmandu based with min. 60% time in field)
Function: The Business Development and Access to Finance Lead will be responsible for development and execution of the overall strategic vision, goals, and objectives of the access to finance component. S/he will conceptualize and implement innovative approaches to link farm entrepreneurs and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the livestock/agriculture sector with financial institutions. This position will be responsible for exploring appropriate financial service provider and maintain long-term and productive/functional relationships with both financial institutions and program beneficiaries.
Educational Qualifications and Experience:
Master's degree in Agriculture Economics/Finance/Business management with minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in the field of agriculture/livestock value chains including access to finance.
