Job Description

1. Process of managing advertising production

1. Check the application for advertisement production, complete the work of advertisement production in time; 
2. Coordinate the work of the advertisement company to improve the efficiency of advertisement production; 
3. Apply and reimburse the bill for advertisement production.

2. Control material inventory and distribution

1. Check the application for material requirements, timely release materials to the point of sale; 
2. Responsible for a spot check on the cleaning and safety of ND company warehouse; 
3. Responsible for material invoicing report output.

3. Responsible for sales follow-up and performance analysis after advertising

1. Follow-up advertisements and sales volume after material delivery, adjust them according to standards and policies; 
2. Analyze the cost of advertising units in each region, and adjust the investment for individual costs;

Job Specification

• At least a bachelor degree in marketing, advertising or management with two years of related experience. Experience from inventory management or store keeping are also preferred.
• Timely execution of branding material production by strong coordination and follow up with vendors or agencies.
• Good MS. Office skills like words, PowerPoint,  Excels
