Demonstrate proper use of makeup and skin care products
Cross-sell beauty products, when appropriate (e.g. Creams, Toner, Eye cream,
Cleanser, serums, body lotions, lipsticks and hair care products)
Identify customer needs and recommend cosmetics and skin care products based on their preferences
Help clients find products they’re looking for in our store
Ensure proper presentation of products on shelves
Explain to customers how to use products they’re interested in buying
Advise customers on how to take care of their skin
Inform customers on prices and special offers
Replenish stock as needed
Achieve the sales target by using advanced sales techniques and product knowledge
Focus on selling and up selling.
We have skin test machine which will show the customers skin details in the screen, use this fullest and recommend skin care products to sell customers and achieve the sales target
Build and maintain guest experience standards in order to build strong loyalty
Communicate with customers to assess and satisfy their needs, and meet or exceed their expectations.
Merchandising
Maintain high standards of Visual Merchandising housekeeping in term of cleanness, display and stock rotation
Implement all merchandising as per the brand's visual merchandising guidelines.
Cleaning, prepare stock in hand, participate in inventories.
Job Specification
+2 in management/marketing/Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position.
Super written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
Great organizational and planning skills.
The ability to identify market trends and make decisions in a high-stress environment.
