Job Description

Academic Qualification: Masters' Degree or equivalent (Preferable in Management stream) from a recognized University.
 

Working Experiences: At least 5 years of experience in General Insurance Company or Banking Industry  at Managerial level or above.

Key Expertise Required:

• Should possess adequate skills of business. He/she must be result oriented and preference shall be given to those who is willing to take challenging targets and tasks.
• Should possess decent skills for financial analysis, presentation and business communication.
• He/She must have strong public relation with Corporate Houses/Industries/Banks/Financial Institutions with excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
• Should possess the capability to identify and analyze the risks associated with policies & minimizing risk of financial losses.
• Should possess ability to lead the team.
• Should be well acquainted with Beema Samiti Directives, Taxation and Prevailing Lows.
• Excellent computer skill in regard to Office package, Email and Internet.
   

Other Criteria:

• Age should not exceed 50 years as an last dole of application submission.
• Should submit a business plan along with application with at least 500 wards,
