- Keep Record of existing customers and maintain database of clients and follow up.
- Making detailed list of prospects on the basis of product category/area.
- Handling market feedback related to Heavy equipment and setting.
- To submit quotation and tender after proper evaluation and analysis of customer needs, such as budget, method of financing and technical configuration and follow uo regularly on submitted proposal.
- Build an effective sales strategy by identifying business expansion prospects amd position in the industry.
- Team development and motivation
- Ensure sales operation as per SOP.
- Any other task as assign by management.
- MBA/MBS having at least 3-5 years of working experience preferably in Heavy equipment and earthmover sector.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
