* Assist the Branch Manager i planing & Implementing Strategies to attract Customer.
* Track to pragress of weekly, monthy, quarterly & annual objectives.
* Suggest Sales training programs & techniques.
* Communicate with clients & evaluate their needs.
* Analyze consumer behavior & adjust product positioning.
* Handle complaints from customers.
* Create reports, analyze & interpret retails data, like revenues expenses & compelition.
* Proven experience as a Retais Assistant Manager or Similar position.
* Experience with recruiting & performance evaluation processes.
* Familiarity with financial & customer service principles.
* Good math Skills with the ability to create and analyze reports, spreadsheets & sales statistics.
* Proficient user of MS Office ( MS Excel particular)
* Leadership & Organizational abilities.
* Interpersonal & Communication Skills.
* Promblem- Solving attitude.
* Flexibility to work in shift.
* Must have Complete Bachelor degree.
