Make a commitment to achieve the sales target set by the company.
To manage and maintain positive relationships with the client, distributor as well as the media partners.
Developing sales strategies and setting targets
Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
To provide regular information where necessary to assist with the compilation of reports to the management.
To assist in the implementation of the marketing strategy with specific objectives and targets as decided by the management.
To supply sufficient information to the Managing Director to enable effective budgetary control of specific areas of activity.

Job Specification
The Area Sales Manager shall be responsible to grow quantity, revenue, and profitability by developing the assigned market for Jagadamba Plastic products, mentor and handle front-line sales team to drive higher market share.
Qualification: Bachelors or Masters degree in the relevant field
Experience: Above 2 years and experience in the Hardware related business (Pipe/ Water Tanks) will be an added advantage
Location: Butwal, Bagmati Zone (Kathmandu) Eastern Nepal, Narayani Zone (Chitwan)
Excellent sales skills
Valid driving license is required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
Should be willing to travel extensively across designated area.
