Job Title: Admin, Operations and Account Assistant (1)
Location: Ekantakuna, Lalitpur, Nepal
Work hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Salary: Competitive
Education requirement: Bachelors completed
Responsibilities:
● Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports
● Assist in bookkeeping, preparing invoices and inventory control
● Assist in inventory management and communicate with the vendors
● Update internal accounting database regularly and accurately
● Maintain the daily financial records of the patients
● Maintain the daily logs of the employees
● Assist in the events and sessions organized by the clinic
● Assist in any related tasks given by the senior manager
Candidate requirement:
● Minimum one year of experience in similar role but freshers are also encouraged to apply
● Bachelor's degree in business management (Candidates with Finance or Accounting major will be given preference)
● Valid two-wheeler driving license with own vehicle
● Comfortable in using accounting software and inventory management softwares
● Prior training in tally, book-keeping, MSExcel and other relevant skills will be beneficial
● Familiarity with basic accounting principles
● Ability to multitask and time management skills
● Strong math skills and attention to detail is crucial
● Well versed in both English and Nepalese communication
● Inquisitive and eager to learn beyond the the given responsibilities
